APARTMENT SET UP
Vickie Shearhart thanked everyone who helped out either in set up or by purchasing. All the apartments are set up; plus we got a washer and dryer donated

The issue of the PARs dinner was discussed. The planned dinner with the players may not come to fruition. Having another type of "meet the players" event was brought up. Charley Foster offered to faciliate this for the end of October.

EVENTS
Dec. 9 is the date for the Christmas Party, and Nov. 26 will e the Thanksgiving dinner.

TAILGATING
Tailgating will take place behind the sea wall - you can reach this by walking straight toward the river after exiting the Washington St. box office. We want to invite LA fans; Gina Maynard will email Louisiana booster club. If we end up with gator meat, then Rich will cook it for us. Everyone should bring their own meat and a side dish for the tailgating. Cooking starts at 10 a.m., fans can start showing up after noon. Cooker and clean up start at 5 p.m.

ROAD TRIPS
Kevin thanked everyone for going to the Dallas game. Kevin said there are even better deals we can get next year if we have 50 or more members to go (such as dinner and better seats). Kevin also had the VIP cards for Red Roof Inn available for pickup.

A road trip to Jackson is planned for Sat. Oct. 19. It's four hours away.

MEMBERSHIP
Dues are due! Please submit as soon as possible to continue your membership benefits.

OFFICERS
There are two vacancies for officers - Member at Large and VP of Membership. If you are interested in either of these, please contact an officer.

GAME STUFF
Dorothy is working on the "ask me" vests for the game. It was suggested we could have "Hockey 101" (Section 101).

Greg Marsh built and donated the raffle jar. Each game we'll have a small "door prize" but each ticket is put into the hopper for the goalie mask.

BANNERS
Player banners need to be made. If anyone is interested in helping, they can meet at Kevin and Christye's at 6 p.m. on Sunday, and every night next week at 7 p.m. Lots of help is needed. Call Kevin for directions.

ANDY HASKELL
The ice is down at Alltel. Season Tickets are mailed. Pocket Schedules are coming. Merchandise is coming and booster club will help sell. No Ladies Night this year but we will have other promotions instead.

Next Meeting November 2, 2002, 1 p.m. at Mexico Chiquito, Lakewood Village (NLR). Arrive by 12:30 p.m. to eat.
