Ray Sexton called the meeting to order.

Secretary's report was read and accepted.

Treasurer's report was read and accepted.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Greg Gingerich resigned as Treasurer. Dorothy Salmons has taken over as Treasurer as voted upon by the Executive Committee.

Bylaws
Libby Sexton is the chair for this committee. They have some changes to propose. These will be mailed out in July for vote at the August meeting and will go into effect thereafter.

Apts/Host Family Committee
Becky Salewski and committee are rewriting the host family rules agreement. If you're at a yard sale or have extra dishes, etc. then please bring those to Becky.

Booster Club Jamboree
This is being held in Greenville SC and Charley Foster is attending. Charley is paying for his own expenses and registration. The Jamboree chair said that each club donates $100 to the Jamboree for expenses. A motion was made that our booster club make that donation. Motion passed. Charley is also going to present the pocket hockey guide idea to the jamboree as a fundraiser for clubs.

Fundraiser
Ray said that the idea of purchasing a goalie mask for our goalie to wear this year is being worked on with the help of Coach Cichocki. The idea is to raffle the helmet throughout the season at the games.

A donor has presented the club with an autographed Mario Lemieux plaque celebrating his return to hockey. We'll raffle this off during the season.

Membership
A motion was made to extend the membership of the Youth Hockey Association for this year (free of charge). The motion was approved. Gina Maynard will contact.

Events
The idea was presented to hold this year's Christmas Party at the Hospitality House at Burns Park. We can rent this for $100 for 6-8 hours and itwill hold 200 people. A motion was made and passed.

Junior Boosters
Jr. Boosters are selling Mary Kay lipstick. We'll make a profit of $4 per tube, at no cost to us. The Jr. Boosters are also planning a car wash.

Banner Committee
Kevin Figley sent around a sign up list for banner comittee.
