Ray Sexton called the meeting to order.

Secretary's report was waived.

Ray discussed that a new banner be purchased and would run about $80-90. If anyone would like to purchase a car magnet (would run approximatelyy $12-14) see Ray.

Ray said as a bonus for future committee chairpersons, if they would purchase a shirt and bring it to him, he will have it printed up to advertise the committee and your responsibility as chairperson.

Committee Reports
Member-at-Large: Becky Salewski announced that we received a lot of our donations back from the player apartments at the end of the year and she needs a committee to inventory the items. In June they will let everyone know what will be needed for next year's player apartments. She also sent around a sign-up list for host family committees.

Road Trips: Kevin Figley sent around a sign-up sheet for the snack and water committee. He said a committee was being formed so that it's not as expensive for just a few people to provide snacks for road games. He also mentioned that he is working on future road trips and would like to include a road trip to an exhibition game.

Membership: Julia Hughes asked if anyone still needed a new membership packet as there had been some confusion at the end of the year and not everyone had received their information.

Secretary/Communications: Gina Maynard sent around a sign-up sheet to ask for assistance with the newsletter.

Libby Sexton will act as assistant to the President and will also serve as the Bylaws chairperson.

Ray mentioned that times for player events would be limited in the future and we would talk to players about events we are holding.

Treasurer's report was approved.
