OFFICER REPORTS
VP of Membership - Virginia Raum announced the membership drive contest for the month of February. Greg Marsh made two sets of puckholders - one set will go to a new member who joins in the month of February and the other will go to a current member who gets new members to sign up during February. She thanked Greg for making the beautiful puckholders.

Road Trips - Kevin- We have back to back games at Pensacola on Feb. 13-14. If anyone is interested in going, Kevin can get you information and try to hook people up to carpool.

Jr. Boosters - Christye - Chuck a puck last night raised $287 and Gary Rodela won the Ryan Coole jersey. Hoping to do something to get juniors involved with the bowling or any other event. Also trying to do something for the end of the year. Sent out an email that we have 5-6 dates in February to sell programs. If anyone can help with this (anyone of all ages), we would appreciate any help. We also have the kiss auction going. Simone got the kisses signed and these are online. Auction will end on Feb. 9 at noon. Christye will get a presentation time set up. Must have money in before the presentation to participate.

Ray - Great job on Fan Fest! Andy and the office are already talking about next year. Stanley Knox mentioned the fan site on 103.7 the Buzz this week during an interview with Jason Saal and Buddy Smith.

PARS - Kandy - Ray mentioned having a scrapbook day. Kandy said we'd have to come up with a place big enough. Need people to buy snacks and deliver to Eric and/or the bus. The 25th of March we need someone to work the table. Let Kandy know.

Ray read letter from Andy re: the RiverBabes. This will be sent to all members via email.

Steak and Skates - Ray - We will be auctioning off the table-worn aprons of the players. If anyone has any ideas to make that evening more fun, please contact Ray. There will be no auction that night for the aprons, but we'll do this online. Next Sat. at 2 p.m. at Mexico Chiquito, we will have a Steaks and Skates committee meeting. Different ideas were discussed.

Ray said we may just let bowling be a fun night with no kind of fundraising. Abby said she would chair the bowling event. Need to email Abby Hilton if you'd like to help.

End of the year banquet - Kandy - There will be a committee meeting following today's meeting and then go to the zoo to look at facility there.

Today, Feb 1, is the first day to announce or nominate someone for an officer position. Virginia passed out the bylaws and a nomination form. Need volunteers to be on the officer nomination committee to help run the election. Volunteers were secured during the meeting.

Ray mentioned salary cap issues so that we'll avoid any violations.

Game-worn jerseys are available at www.meigray.com. These are jerseys from first half of the season. The Blades were looking at doing a third jersey but need to know what kind of interest there is for this. (Many at the meeting were interested)

Jason Bermingham announced POM by a large margin, followed by Ryan Coole and Jimi St. John.

Jack talked about Drive Time Sports and proposed that we call in on Feb. 6 between 4-6 p.m. to talk hockey. The number is 433-1037.

Dorothy thanked everyone who has been working the table. We sold out of everything last night.

The meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted by Gina Maynard
